14U VFW Teeners and JR Legion 17U

Since this is New, the TVBA Board has created guidelines one how these teams are put together.  The Coaches and the TVBA Board have final say on team creation, but decisions will be based on player evaluations as well as previous performance.

The High School Coaches will work to split the registrants up between Varsity and JV
